take care of precision casting machining requirements
METROLOGICAL FACILITIES : ARL Spectrometer, Neophot 21 Microscope, Universal Testing Machine, Hardness testing Machines (Brinell & Rockwell), Testing Units for Sand properties. CAPACITY: 36000 MT per annum with moulding box size 1150x750x400/350 mm. Maximum weight of single castings per box -175kg. Preffered weight range of casting for economic production is around 30 kg and above GRADES OF CASTINGS: Ductile Iron castings to FG 220, FG 260 & FG 300 grades. High quality Ductile /Nodular (S.G). Iron castings to SG 450/10, SG 500/7 manufactured with patented George Fischer+ GF Switzerland Convertor process.
FOUNDRY & PATTERN SHOP: High Pressure Moulding Line supplied by Kunkel Wagner, Germany having Mould box size 1150x750x400/350 mm capable of producing 87 boxes per hour. Convertor for SG Iron using the patented George Fischer process involving use of Pure Magnesium. Coreless Auto Press Pour Unit with 4 tons capacity from CIME, Italy.3 Cupolas, 4 Induction Furnaces from Pillars, Continuous Hanger Type Shot Blasting Unit from M/s, BMD Germany, Core shooter Unit using the Cold Box Method, Mechanised casting conveyer & Auto Pour Ladle for Pouring. BOKO Milling Machines with copying facility, Bogie Hearth Furnace, Pit type Electric Annealing Furnace etc. |
